Copying/Color Printing/Scanning Services


Copying

The School's copying center is located in Room 004B Robertson Hall. Copying jobs may be left for the Facilities Office staff. For large or small copy jobs, please bring your originals to the Business Office. Your request must be accompanied by the  Copy Form that is available in the Business Office.

Copiers are also located in Robertson Hall Rooms 123, 317, 404, in Wallace Hall Room 319, and Bendheim Hall Rooms 121 and 318. Account numbers are required to make copies on all machines.  All WWS (285) copying should be charged to the general WWS account.  Please contact the Business Office for the account number.  Any other copying requires a separate account number. New account numbers can be added to any machine by emailing the Business Office. Please provide the account number, department, and person's name.

Printing

There is a networked Canon imageRUNNER C4080 color printer in the Business Office.  The print queue name is wws_cn_robertson_004B_color.  To set your computer up to print to the color printer see OIT's Printserver article

Print jobs on special paper (larger than 8 1/2" x 11" or transparencies) should be sent as an email attachment to wwsbus@princeton.edu. Include the account number to be charged for non WWS jobs.

Charges

There is no charge for copying or printing made using the general WWS account.  Non WWS copying is charged as follows:

Black & White

  • 4 cents per copy

Color Printing/Copying

  • 10 cents per copy, 8 1/2" x 11", 8 1/2" x 14" paper
  • 15 cents per copy, 11 x 17" paper
  • 70 cents per copy, color printing/copying on transparency

Scanning

The receptionist in the Business Office will scan text documents and save them as Word or Adobe Acrobat pdf files. She is also able to scan graphics files as well. There is no charge for this service. Please supply the text copy to be scanned and the receptionist will send you the scanned file as an e-mail attachment. She will not do any editing of the file. Please supply any documents to be scanned for coursework as soon as possible. There is also a public scanner located in Room 404C in Robertson Hall.
