Dining Room
The University's Department of Dining Services operates a limited menu walk-up service in the Shultz Dining Room, which is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. when classes are in session. It is self-service and users are asked to clear tables and put trash in bins.

Catering
The University policy with respect to appropriate department expenses related to dining can be found on the web site of the Office of the Treasurer.
In order to provide timely and effective catering service, and to maintain proper accounting for these services, arrangements must be made through the Facilities Office using the online catering form (restricted access - login required). Restrictions apply.
All food service or catering related to class or course activities must be ordered through the Facilities Office after receiving approval from the appropriate program office.
