Help Desk

OIT Help Desk

Computing Services operates a Help Desk to assist with computer problems and questions. The Help Desk can be reached at 609-258-1773 or wwshelp@princeton.edu.  During normal business hours we will make every effort to answer all incoming calls immediately. If all staff are busy, or you call outside normal business hours, your call will be routed to our Help Desk voice mail. All calls routed to voice mail will be logged into our call tracking system and returned as soon as possible. Our goal is to respond to your voice and e-mail messages within one business day.

OIT Help Desk

OIT's Help Desk has more extended hours of operation. The OIT Help Desk can be reached by phone at 609-258-HELP or helpdesk@princeton.edu. In addition, they offer walk-in support at the Solutions Center located on the 100 Level of the Frist Campus Center.
