On April 28 and 29, 2006, Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs will mark the 150th anniversary of President Wilson's birth and the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the Woodrow Wilson School with a Colloquium examining his historical legacy and the present-day relevance of his exhortation to public service. This event, the fourth annual Princeton Colloquium on Public and International Affairs, "Woodrow Wilson in the Nation's Service," will be the culmination of a year-long series of 75th Anniversary celebrations.

Madeleine K. Albright, 64th Secretary of State of the United States and Principal of the Albright Group, will provide the keynote address.

The Colloquium is a Princeton-wide event, involving faculty, staff, students, and community members, and will bring together leading practitioners, academics, and policymakers from a range of disciplines and backgrounds. In addition, all panel discussions will be webcast to an international audience.

Past Colloquia, which addressed A World of Good and Evil: The Return to Morality in Foreign Affairs; In the Service of All Nations: The Role of NGOs in Global Governance and Society; and Rethinking the War on Terror; have attracted significant attention from policymakers, academics, and the media.
